Autumn Colours in Fruit and Veg

I loved all the colours and shapes in my fruit and veg shop this week.  This weeks plastic free purchases are from Altrincham Market, Aldi and the apples from home.  I am feeling lots of winter warmer dinners coming our way this week; soups, risottos and apple crumbles.  I need some inspirations for some good recipes.   Any suggestions?
