Easter Without all the Plastic

The schools have now broken up for the Easter holidays.  Still two weeks to go and the shops are full of Easter chocolate with so much plastic packaging.  I have enjoyed trying to find some without the plastic windows or egg shaped molding (how pointless). Here are some of my findings...

  1. Green & Blacks continue their chocolate plastic free packaging on their egg too if you want a bit of luxury.
  2. Cadburys Cream eggs: whether individual or in multi box are all plastic free.
  3. Tinfoil wrapped bunnies in various shapes and sizes.
  4. Smarties and Rolos are good plastic free alternatives any time of the year and this extends to their chocolate eggs too.
Enjoy looking for plastic free chocolates and ultimately try and avoid over buying, not that it goes to waste but we always have so much after Easter.  The ones photoed here are all earmarked as gifts with only a few left for us.  Honest.
